Terms of Service & Student Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Embroidery Skills, enrolling in any course (including the Embroidery Digitizing Course), or interacting with our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Student Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Account & Course Access Rules

• Lifetime Access: Upon purchasing a course for a one-time fee, you are granted lifetime access to the course content, video modules, downloadable files, and future updates provided through the student portal, subject to compliance with these terms.

• Personal Use Only: Course access is strictly for individual use. Sharing account credentials, login information, or course materials with third parties is strictly prohibited and monitored. Shared accounts will be permanently suspended without refund.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. You agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

3. Student Code of Conduct

• Respectful Interaction: Participation in our private student community, WhatsApp support groups, or direct mentorship chats requires polite and professional communication.

• Zero Tolerance Policy: Any form of harassment, hate speech, abusive language, spamming, or self-promotional solicitation directed toward mentors or fellow students will result in immediate removal from all community channels and course revocation without refund.
